CC gave opportunity to understand whether we have head of state, two opposition forces or not: Ruben Melikyan

This is a process of overthrow of constitutional order, chairman of Path of Law NGO Ruben Melikyan told the reports outside of CC building today.

“Starting from June 20 2019 till now process of overthrowing constitutional order has launched. During the last step of it, the prime minister reserves him right to interpret laws and states via Facebook which law acts and which does not,” Melikyans said.

The advocate said that the CC was the institute which with its principality and work gave everyone an opportunity to understand with who we are dealing with.

“It gave us an opportunity to understand whether we have head of state, president of republic gave opportunity to understand whether we have two opposition forces or one, with the other being just a separate faction of My Step alliance.
