Constitutional Court is usurped but legality will be restored: ARF-D youth wing representative

The representatives of the ARF-D youth wing are implementing an action outside the CC building.

Member of the wing Sevak Nazaryan said certain processes are taking place in the opposition field on the background of Constitutional amendments.

“One must be blind not to see that different clusters of the population are dissatisfied with the authorities. In future this process will succeed, and the illegalities will receive their worthy assessment,” the ARF-D young representative said.

Sevak Nazaryan said that the developments over the CC is an attack on the Constitution but in the created situation the judges showed dignified behavior and refused to find secure place under the wing of the authorities.

“The Constitutional Court has been invaded, but it is beyond doubt that the legality will be restored. Currently selective justice is being implemented in Armenia and there is an issue of personalities. Those people will take the post of the judges who will obey the government, on behalf of the prime minister,” Nazaryan said.
