Hayrenik, PAP, ARF-D submit report to Prosecutor General's Office on usurpation of power and constitutional order

Hayrenik (Homeland), PAP and ARF-D parties submitted a written report to the Prosecutor General’s Office on usurpation of power and constitutional order.

“It is about usurpation of CC powers that launched over two years ago and the whole processes that took place afterwards. The authorities in an organized way did everything to appoint Vahe Grigoryan as CC judge,” representative of Hayrenik party Arsen Babayan told the reporters.

He said a number of encroachments took place against the CC.

“All this followed by the recent constitutional changes and today the NA must convene special session to try to edit their slovenly work because they should have made a change in the constitutional law on CC which they did not do,” Babayan said.

He also said they have presented report on abuse of powers.

“It relates to all the numerous violations during all these processes,” he said.
