People with respiratory diseases allowed not to wear masks in open public territories
People with respiratory diseases are allowed not to wear masks in open territories, Commandant, Vice Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan signed corresponding decision today.
According to it, people with chronic respiratory diseases – asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema or bronchitis with severe respiratory failure as well as people with chronic heart failure of 3d and 4th functional degree are allowed not to wear masks in open public territories with condition of having the medical document confirming the existence of the disease.
The decision enters into force from July 8 midnight.
