Two judges in bankruptcy case arrested (hraparak.am)
Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan upheld the motion of the Prosecutor General’s Office to arrest two judges in bankruptcy case Gevork Narinyan and Ara Kubanyan for two months, hraparak.am reports.
The judges have been taken to custody.
The Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia, reviewed the motions of the Prosecutor General’s Office on initiating criminal persecution against two judges in the bankruptcy case GeVork Narinyan and Ara Kubanyan and decided to upheld the motions, giving consent to launching criminal persecution against the two judges, press service of the Supreme Judicial Council said.
