Over 150 million AMD damage caused to Armenia’s Tavush by military operations
Armenia’s government decided to allocate funds to Armenia’s Tavush region. The decision is agreed with the destructions caused by the military operations on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Armenia’s Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Minister Suren Papikyan said over 150 million AMD damage has been caused to Tavush communities and it is offered to urgently allocate 25 million AMD to governor’s office of Tavush.
The prime minister said in this phase they are immediately providing money for the works to launch.
“The bordering communities must not just be restored, we must have concrete development policy for these communities,” he said.
Acting head of the Urban Construction Committee Armen Ghulyan said the restoration works in Tavush have kicked off.
“Reconstruction of already seven houses are underway, ten houses are being cleaned,” he said.
