Anti-Armenian attacks aimed at destabilizing situation in Russia, making it arena of ethnic clashes: Nikol Pashinyan
Anti-Armenian attacks by the Azeris living in Russia are not only the reflection of anti-Armenian rhetoric of the Azerbaijani authorities but an attempt to destabilize Russia, make it an arena of ethnic clashes, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with Russian RBK, as he reported on his Facebook page.
“There is no doubt that Russian authorities have all the measures and abilities not to allow such developments,” Pashinyan said.
At the same time the PM said that Armenians living in Russia must understand that they should not give in to provocations and that third forces with expansionist-anti-Armenian aspirations in the South Caucasus are interested in destabilizing the situation in Russia.
“We will not allow it,” he said, informing that the interview will be broadcast next week.
