Ukraine seems to have complex to perceive the essence of NK conflict: Armenia’s FM

Ukraine seems to have complex to perceive the essence of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Armenia’s FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said at a TV program.

“It has a complex to understand the serious threats the people of Artsakh, Artsakh Republic face, the real threat to our regional security and it has complex to distinguish between conflicts and assess them in accordance with their value, essence and history. Here is where our disagreement is,” the minister said.

The minister said throughout the two years Armenia has been consistently working with Ukraine in this regard.

“As far as we do not have any complexes with friendly people of Ukraine we will keep working in this direction to convey our signals. We are patient and will continue doing it. Nevertheless, we will continue qualifying the positions cut from reality and based on general approaches unacceptable. This brings no good either to the region, or them or us,” the minister said.
