Senior investigator fails to view our arguments in a whole: PAP, Hayrenik, ARF-D

Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun, PAP and Hayrenik parties presented report to the Prosecutor General’s office yet on June 30 about the possible crime by a group of officials. Now, they received the decision of SIS investigator on important cases Minasyan about rejecting the case.

Speaking at a news conference today the three political forces stated about their intention to submit a complaint.

“The law gives an opportunity to submit complaint both to the Prosecutor General’s office and apply to court. Currently we used the right to apply to Prosecutor General’s office,” ARF-D representative Artsvik Minasyan told the reporters.

The senior investigator, according to Minasyan, has not viewed the arguments in the whole.

“Moreover, the chain that would have revealed the intention of some high-ranking officials to usurp the CC did not studied them in details. It was his duty, but with his arguments he separated one-two episodes, citing some unexplainable action and considered that this argument may not be a reason to institute a criminal case,” Minasyan said.
