Earthquake hits Turkey, felt in Armenia
The 4.2-magnitude earthquake was registered in Turkey, 12 km south-east from town of Igdir on Wednesday at 3:29am local time.
Armenia’s Seismic Protection Regional Service reports that in the epicenter the strength of the earthquake reached 5-6 magnitude.
The quakes of 4 magnitude were also felt in Armenia’s Armavir and Ararat regions, in Yerevan 3-4 magnitude.
