Bill on quarantine should be reviewed: Naira Zohrabyan

Quarantine bill should definitely be reviewed, lawmaker from Prosperous Armenia faction Naira Zohrabyan said at the special NA sitting today.

“Will the Armenian borders open? Will the Russia-based Armenians manage to leave for the place of their living – Russia?” Zohrabyan asked deputy minister of justice Rafik Grigoryan.

“The children of these people must go to school, employers have breached labor contracts with many of them. I think these package of bills is like “We wanted the best, you know the rest.” It contradicts a number of articles of the RA Constitution. There are numerous restrictions of human rights there,” the lawmaker said.

Naira Zohrabyan stressed that the bill on quarantine must definitely be reviewed, otherwise it will make the situation of Armenian citizens more complicated.
