Armenia officially applied to EAEU to set joint scenario for resuming passenger transportations
As of the moment, our regulations do not set any special ban for the foreigners, Armenia’s vice Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan stated at the cabinet sitting today.
“The citizens of almost all the countries who have permission to enter Armenia do it with our help, and I mean not only citizens of Armenia,” he said.
As to testing the arriving people, Avinyan said as of the moment corresponding points are being built in the airport.
“We will have about 20 points and the people who would like to undergo the tests will have such opportunity at the airport,” Avinyan stressed.
The vice PM Mher Grigoryan in his turn said that they have officially applied to the EAEU for approving a joint restoration scenario for resuming the passenger transportations.
“There are no regular passenger transportations in either CIS or the EAEU, the one exclusion is Russia-Belarus land route which is open with other reasons. But I think that the EAEU partners are ready for discussion, and we will be able to set the joint rule in a way for it to symmetrically act for all the EAEU states,” Grigoryan said.
