Armenia works with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs: Armenia’s FM on resuming NK peace talks
Armenia is consistent in its approaches regarding peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told the reporters today, adding that the Armenian side stressed more than clearly that the peace talks have no alternative.
“We are telling it based on the self-confidence that Armenia and Artsakh are strong to defend their interests, their borders. We stay committed to the peace process,” Mnatsakanyans said at Yerablur today.
“The determination of the Armenian side to continue the peace talks has not reduced. We will release a statement on how we proceed,” the minister said.
As to returning to the table of negotiations, the minister said the Armenian side made clear in this issue.
“We are holding consultations, we are talking with co-chairs, we are in touch with them, we are working,” the minister said.
Referring to the statement that the Armenian side failed the negotiations, Mnatsakanyan said he will not comment the statement.
