Armenia’s PM tries to occupy opposition but he will fail, says RPA vice president
After Nikol Pashinyan came to power in Armenia all the months and all the seasons are hot, vice president of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Armen Ashotyan said at a press conference today.
“This government has created a reason for each month to be hot in Armenia,” he said, describing the incumbent government as “government of comics”.
“Unfortunately though the price for these comics is paid by the state and the people,” he stressed.
Ashotyan also stressed the existence of growing dissatisfaction, disappointment in the country and deepening crisis.
The vice president of the party stressed that the ruling regime’s propaganda machine is periodically trying to drive a wedge among the opposition.
“It is being done for instance in Serzh Sargsyan-Robert Kocharyan direction, RPA-PAP, but to our honor as of the moment we managed to leave our disagreements in the past,” Ashotyan said.
He also stressed that currently PM Pashinyan needs pro-West opposition and launched the works on breeding it.
“But it is so fake that our people by now have not followed that project. Nikol Pashinyan wants to occupy the opposition field, but it is impossible,” Ashotyan said.
He stressed that the opposition will unite and they will have not only “Armenia without Nikol” slogan but “Armenia after Nikol.”
