International community bears responsibility for violations of human rights in Nagorno Karabakh: Artsakh Ombudsman

Obviously and there are proves that Azerbaijan is the attacking side no matter how they are trying to present it as counterattack, Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan said at a press conference today.

“My call is addressed to international human rights structures. It is enough that with political reasons you do not want to refer to Artsakh Republic and the rights of people living there, that you do not want to visit Artsakh. Your ignoring makes Azerbaijan feel free during gross violations of the human rights,” he said, stressing that all the organizations must visit Artsakh as soon as possible.

Beglarayan said the issue is not political but it is fully the matter of human rights. He also stressed that the international community bears the responsibility for the violation of human rights as till now it closed eyes on them.
