The duration of military actions unclear: expert

The developments were visible already a month before, head of Henaket think tank Tigran Abrahamyan told Aysor.am.

“To say that it was unexpected will not be right,” he said, adding that Azerbaijan stated that it has no wish to negotiate and is getting prepared for military actions.

Noting that the military actions are unleashed in different directions of the border, Abrahamyan expressed conviction that Armenia’s Ministry of Defense, Artsakh Defense Army are prepared for the possible strike of Azerbaijan, including for massive attacks.

“It is difficult to say or comment on the developments. It is already known that the Armenian side hit two helicopters and tens of UAVs of the adversary. The Defense Army has already carried out a number of events and strikes the enemy as necessary,” he said.

Abrahamyan said it is difficult to say how long the military actions will continue.

He also said that each knows what to do in such conditions.
