Brain factor necessary to end the war which Azerbaijani authorities do not have: Artsakh president on factors to end the war

April war lasted for 4 days, and after mediation of Russia ceasefire was again established, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan said at a briefing today, asked whether now too signals are felt for re-establishing ceasefire.

“That time [in April] Artsakh was fighting against Azerbaijan, and Russia managed to “convince” Azerbaijan and ask RA for ceasefire. Today it must speak with Armenia and Turkey. I do not know how much Russian authorities are ready to talk with the Turkish authorities,” Artsakh president said.

Harutyunyan also stressed that during the four days of military actions as much military equipment of the enemy was destroyed as during the First Artsakh war.

Asked about the factors that will promote the end of the war, Harutyunyan said, “The most important is the brain factor, which the enemy does not have, and Azerbaijani people must understand too that they have anti-Azerbaijani authorities.”
