Azerbaijan sends its militaries to war under the influence of narcotics: Artsakh President spokesperson
Syringes have been found in the pockets of Azerbaijani servicemen killed in the territory of Armenia, spokesperson of Artsakh Republic president Vahram Poghosyan stated at a briefing today.
“Without exclusion, syringes have been found in the pockets of all Azerbaijani servicemen. It testifies that they were sent to war under the influence of narcotics which is considered to be war crime,” Poghosyan said.
He also said that according to intelligence information, the majority of the killed from the Azerbaijani side are representatives of ethnic monitories.
“Only in one direction 140 Lezgins and few hundred Talyshes were killed. This fact raises anxiety in communities as such like actions are similar to politics of ethnic cleansing,” Poghosyan said.
