Scale of military actions unprecedented: Pashinyan on war unleashed by Azerbaijan and Turkey

For already a week people of Armenia are repelling the terrorist attack of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Armenia’s PM Nikol Pashinyan said in his address to nation amid severe military actions.

The PM stressed that the scale of the attack is unprecedented.

“The enemy is attacking with such volume, which according to military experts do not almost happen in the 21st century in any part of the world, in any of conflict zones. The analyses of the past day showed that about 150-200 enemy militaries are launching attack on one combat position of the Defense Army and the attacks happen few times during a day,” Armenia’s PM said.

He said that Syrian mercenaries and terrorists are engaged in the military actions as well as special squad of Turkish army.

Armenia’s PM said that the military actions by Azerbaijani forces are led by 150 top-ranking military officials of Turkey.

“Hundreds of tanks, armored vehicles, missiles, warplanes, UAVs are attacking Karabakh’s positions,” he said.

The PM noted that the Armenian side has numerous human losses both among civilians and militaries, big number of armored vehicles have been destroyed, but the enemy will not manage to solve any of its military tasks.

Pashinyan also stressed that the enemy has huge losses.

He said today the enemy has hundreds of destroyed armored vehicles, warplanes, helicopters, adding that the losses of manpower exceed few thousands.
