Russia’s President continues regular dialogue with Armenia’s PM, meeting with FM Mnatsakanyan not scheduled
Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will continue regular dialogue with Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told the reporters, adding that meeting with Armenia’s FM is not scheduled yet.
Earlier Russia’s MFA spokesperson Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti that Russia’s FM Sergey Lavrov will meet with Armenia’s counterpart Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on October 12.
“Currently no. You know that he [Mnatsakanyan] is having close dialogue with Russian counterpart Lavrov. You know that Putin is periodically having phone conversations with Pashinyan. This dialogue will continue. Consequently, there are no such plans yet,” Peskov said, asked whether Mnatsakanyan-Putin meeting is expected.
