Azerbaijan hits military equipment in Armenia’s territory: MOD

Armenia’s Ministry of Defense reported that Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces hit the military equipment of Armenia in the territory of Armenia’s Republic. The equipment was on military duty at the border with Karvatchar.

No casualties reported from the Armenian side.

The strike came after Baku supposed that the Armenian side is allegedly going to hit Azerbaijan’s peaceful settlements.

No sense to mention that Azerbaijan’s ministry’s allegation has no grounds.

“In fact the military political leadership of the country allows itself to attack military equipment on duty just basing on suppositions. Reaffirming that by now not a missile or bullet has been shot in the direction of Azerbaijan from Armenia's territory, we at the same time state that hence the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia will reserve its right with the same logic target any military facility or military movement in Azerbaijan’s territory,” MOD said in the statement.

Armenia’s Ministry also stated that the whole responsibility of changing the zone of hostilities and its logic falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.
