Armenia sent its militaries to Moscow, Baku ignored Russia’s initiative: PM spokesperson
Armenia sent its militaries to Russia to meet with the representatives of Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense to discuss the ceasefire monitoring mechanism in Nagorno Karabakh, Armenia’s PM spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan told Russian Interfax.
She said Yerevan positively assessed the initiative of the Russian side and sent MOD representatives to Moscow.
“Howeveraccording to the information we have Baku has not sent its representatives to that meeting. It means that Baku, in fact, refuses the agreement achieved in Moscow and rejects Russia’s initiative,” Gevorgyan said.
She said Yerevan thinks Turkey has not allowed Azerbaijani DM representatives visit Moscow.
