Fierce battles ongoing in Kashatagh region’s territories: Artsakh President

Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan received on October 20 My Step faction lawmakers led by NA speaker Ararat Mirzoyan.

The leader of the country presented the situation created as a result of Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression and noted that the expansionist ambitions of Azerbaijani acting authorities must receive political assessment.

Referring to the situation on the frontline, the president stressed that the hostilities continue along the entire line of contact with the most fierce fighting ongoing in Kashatagh region’s Ishkhanadzor, Kovsakan and Mijnavan communities.

In his turn, Armenia’s NA speaker stressed that the Republic of Armenia stands by Artsakh and as security guarantor of the Republic has implemented and will implement all the necessary actions stemming from it.
