Armenia’s Mets Masrik village resident wounded after October 1 Azerbaijani shelling dies
Resident of Mets Masrik village of Armenia’s Gegharkuni Province Robert Yeghiazaryan, born in 1968, who was severely wounded after the Azerbaijani shelling on October 1, died at Mikayelyan Hospital in Yerevan.
This was reported by the governor of Gegharkunik province Gnel Sanosyan.
“Doctors were fighting for the life of the citizen wounded as a result of targeting of peaceful settlements of Armenia, but unfortunately, they failed to save him. This once again shows Azerbaijan’s aggressive and genocidal policy against the Armenian people that is being implemented on the ground of ethnic hatred. All genocidal crimes of Azerbaijan aimed at targeting and destroying the peaceful population must be strictly condemned,” the governor wrote on Facebook.
