37 civilians killed and 118 wounded in Karabakh after Azerbaijan’s shelling: Artsakh Ombudsman
By now 37 civilians have been killed, other 188 wounded as a result of hostilities in Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, Artsakh Human Rights Defender, said at a press conference today.
He stressed that one civilian was injured as a result shelling of Avetaranots community this night.
“According to analysis, about 10,500 private property, 1,500 infrastructures, 1,100 cars were damaged or completely destroyed,” he said, adding that there are missed people among civilians too.
He said the danger is big that they are either killed or subjected to tortures or other war crimes.
The Artsakh Ombudsman said the mentioned numbers are approximate and need to be clarified.
