Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense hurried to accuse Armenian side of violation of ceasefire before 8 a.m. and quickly deleted the statement
After reaching an agreement in the United States on a humanitarian cease-fire, which was supposed to take effect on October 26 at 08:00, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense hurried to accuse Armenian side of violating ceasefire before it officially entered into force. The Azeri side then deleted the post, Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army reports.
“Within minutes Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense issued regular misinformation noting that the Armenian forces are firing at Azerbaijani positions in the southern direction. Artsakh Republic’s Ministry of Defense states that the DA subdivisions are strictly following the achieved agreements and the accusations of the enemy have nothing to do with the reality but were made in the context of preparing a ground for its further provocations,” the statement said.
