Azerbaijan becomes trampoline for penetration of terrorists to CIS territory: Armenia’s deputy PM

In front of all Azerbaijan is becoming a trampoline for penetration of terrorists to the CIS territory, Armenia’s deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said at the video conference of the council of heads of the CIS governments.

“At this moment Azerbaijan’s aggression against Nagorno Karabakh continues with the direct military-political assistance of Turkey and involvement of terrorists from Syria and Libya. In front of everyone's eyes Azerbaijan is becoming a trampoline for penetration of terrorists and their ideology to the CIS,” Grigoryan stated.

He stressed that Azeri side is using methods peculiar to terrorist groups, in particular, tortures, demonstrative shootings, beheading.

“A number of war crimes are on conscience of the Azerbaijani leadership,” he stressed.

Grigoryan also stressed that the only format of Karabakh conflict settlement is the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship.

“Azerbaijan should have already understood that the Karabakh issue has no military solution. And the CIS platform is not a place to spread falsifications,” he stated.
