Azerbaijani side suffers serious losses during night fights near Shushi

Fights continued with different intensity from the night of November 7-8 in all directions of the frontline, Armenia’s Ministry of Defense spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan reports.

More intensive fights were waged near Shushi and in south-eastern sector. The Defense Army subdivision inflicted targeted blows to the enemy repelling all the numerous attempts of advance.

During the fights in different directions the Armenian side eliminated big number of enemy’s manpower, 4 tanks, 20 armored vehicles, 11 vehicles, 2 UAV.

In parallel with military actions the enemy targeted with missile systems the capital Stepanakert and Shushi, damaging infrastructures.

At dawn the enemy’s equipment and personnel was accumulated in south-eastern and north-eastern sectors of the frontline.

The army subdivisions keep the operative-tactical situation under control and undertake steps to destroy the enemy with the fire.
