Shushi is completely out of our control, enemy nears capital Stepanakert: Artsakh’s president spokesperson

The town of Shushi is out of control of Karabakh forces, Artsakh president’s spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan wrote on Facebook.

“By now we must confess that the chain of misfortunes accompanies us and the town of Shushi is completely out of our control and any hopeful or inspiring propaganda theses will not give us anything but loss of the sense of reality,” he wrote.

“We must stretch our bells as the enemy is near Stepanakert and the existence of the capital is already endangered. If we want Shushi to be ours again, if we want Artsakh remain, we must exert all our abilities to organize reliable defense of Stepanakert and other directions of the frontline. This is the real and reliable guarantee of success. False calls about victory and Facebook speculations will result in loss of everything one by one. The history will not forgive us… We will fight till the end,” Poghosyan wrote.
