Lavrov: Armenia realizes its responsibility for the situation, signed agreement stemming from people’s interests
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on November 11.
“We are speaking with our Armenian partners, yesterday president Putin spoke with Prime Minister Pashinyan,” he told the reporters.
Lavrov added that in the morning today he had phone conversation with Armenia’s foreign minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
The minister said he is convinced that Armenia’s government understands its full responsibility for the situation in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone and realizes that it signed ceasefire agreement stemming from the highest interests of its people.
“And I am convinced that the completeness of the agreement will be maintained and applied,” he said.
