Martakert-Karvatchar-Vardenis road yet to be under control of Armenia’s forces
Martakert-Karvatchar-Vardenis road will yet keep being under the control of Armenian forces, Artsakh president Arayik Harutyunyan said at extended working consultation today, refuting the concerns among public of appearing in blockade.
“I stressed once again about the necessity to undertake urgent measures for returning to normal life. Martakert-Karvatchar-Vardenis road will keep being under control of Armenian forces yet, and the concerns of the public about appearing in blockade have no real basis,” he said.
The president stressed that the citizens who lost their apartments as a result of war will mainly be settled in Stepanakert and other settlements of the republic.
He said they first will be settled in hotels and apartments rented by the state and then the apartment issue of all will be settled by state means.
