Homeland party welcomes Armenia’s President address on necessity of PM’s resignation and formation of government of national consent

Homeland party issued a statement welcoming the address of Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian on immediate resignation of prime minister and formation of government of national consent.

The party stressed that the idea was voiced by leader of Homeland party Artur Vanetsyan yet on June 4 during the meeting with associates in Vanadzor.

“Unfortunately this call was ignored and months later resulted in capitulation with disastrous consequences for our people the responsible of which is Nikol Pashinyan,” the party said in the statement, urging all the political forces, public establishments and individuals to unite over the agenda and not spare efforts for the salvation of the homeland.

“The pace headed by Nikol Pashinyan is disastrous for our country and people, it must be stopped a day before,” the party’s statement reads.
