Law enforcement system must deal with information provided by MOD ex-official and not with bringing him to responsibility: Artur Vanetsyan

Assessments of former head of Defense Ministry’s Control Service Movses Hakobyan must be seriously examined, leader of Homeland party Artur Vanetsyan said in an interview to 5th TV channel. He said the ideas voiced by Hakobyan contain heavy crimes and even elements of state treachery and expressed hope that the law enforcement system will examine not the issue of bringing Hakobyan to responsibility but checking the data he said and giving assessments to the guilty.

“In the created situation when it is being spoken about our big homeland, the law enforcers must act in exclusively rational field. If the combination of the received data will reveal criminal features in the actions of Nikol Pashinyan, the NSS, Prosecutor General’s Office and investigative bodies must punish him. My personal opinion is that such elements exist,” Vanetsyan said.

He said there is no sector where Pashinyan’s government registered success.

“For 44 days we were given false information and if anyone of us presented the truth we were called traitors. Nikol Pashinyan is chronic liar, he lies till now, brings false agendas to justify his defeat,” Vanetsyan said.
