Armenia hopes to boost allied partnership and relations with Russia more – Pashinyan
During the war Armenia has always felt Russia’s support, the president and the prime minister of Russia and personally yours, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the meeting with Russia’s Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu in Yerevan.
According to press service of Armenia’s government, Pashinyan stated about the hard phase before the war.
“But now the harder times came and we hope that in this period we will manage to deepen our cooperation with Russia including in the security sphere. And not only in security sector but in the sector of military-technical cooperation,” he said.
“Today there is a completely other military-political situation in our region. It changes and we must study all the parameters of the situation. I am sure that our ties will continue boosting in the spirit of allied partnership and fraternal friendship in the future too and our cooperation will be closer and strategic,” Pashinyan said.
