Pashinyan – I take the whole responsibility for the created situation
Cabinet sitting launched today with a minute of silence in the memory of the victims of the Artsakh war.
Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan thanked the resigned ministers for the carried out work and wished success to the new ones.
“We are living in very hard period, it becomes harder as today many our compatriots are not living with us, but our today’s must is that we must live and overcome this hard time,” he said.
The premier stressed that he takes the whole responsibility of the created situation. The PM added that ensuring the external and internal stability and the implementation of the roadmap he presented is absolute priority.
He reminded that the government already has two events supporting Artsakh.
“In the near future the restoration of settlements of Syunik and Gegharkunik suffered from war will be in our focus,” he said.
Pashinyan also stressed that the exchange of captives and search for missing is the priority too.
“It is necessary to create continuous guarantee of reforms and the agenda must be expanded. Analysis of what happened must be done and the Armenian people must receive clear answers what happened and why. The most important thing is to preserve the right of citizens to be owners of own country and the situation and the institutional empowerment of this circumstance,” the prime minister stressed.
He said the Armenian citizen must decide with who to build the future.
“We must not allow the faith for future to die,” Pashinyan said.
