We have one issue on the agenda – the development of the country with unseen, unimagined tempos no one believes in, but I believe, governor of Armenia’s Tavush Hayk Chobanyan wrote on Facebook.

“The priority of education and knowledge, from family, community till university, business, state governance system. The priority of work – the working, creating person is the most dignified person worthy to biggest respect,” he wrote.

“The efforts of all must be addressed to the creation of values and supporting it comprehensively. When someone starts a work in a community we all must take care for his success as each even the smallest investment is guarantee for success. For our individual and public behavior rules such manifestations are not novelty: there was a time when someone was building a house in a village all were participating with what they could,” he wrote.
