Lavrov to hold negotiations with Armenia’s FM in Moscow on December 7
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will conduct negotiations with his Armenian counterpart Ara Aivazian and discuss the pace of implementation of NK agreements.
“Armenia’s foreign affairs minister will be in Moscow on December 7 on a working visit,” Russia’s MFA spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.
She said the foreign ministers of the two countries will discuss international and regional issues as well as the whole specter of bilateral ties.
“A special attention will be paid to the implementation of November 9 statement of leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, with the accent being put on the provision of humanitarian aid, restoration of infrastructures, de-blockading of transport corridors, including in the pre-context of the arrangements reached on November 21 after Russia’s interdepartmental delegation’s visit to Yerevan and Baku,” Zakharova said.
