Some people are circulating Meghri corridor concept regarding the November 9 statement, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in live address to nation on Saturday.

“I want to draw your attention on the fact that the statement contains neither word Meghri, nor corridor, the word corridor relates to Lachin,” Pashinyan said.

The PM noted that regarding Meghri there is no word corridor, there is “de-blockading of transport infrastructures.”

“If we must think about future, we must think about the opportunities of new factors in our economic life. With the restoration of Armenia-Russia and Armenia-Iran railway communication make essential change in our economy? I think yes, it will. If we view the issue in this pre-context the picture is seen in another way, but now we have more urgent issues to solve,” he said.
