We will move forward, build the Homeland we are dreaming of - Artsakh President

Today marks the Day of Nagorno Karabakh’s Constitution and Referendum on NKR State Independence.

Addressing the people on this occasion Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan stressed that both in 1991 and 2006 the people confirmed their will and determination to live, create on its own land.

“Today too our goals and aspirations are the same, the decision unchanged. On the difficult way of state building we overcame numerous trials and difficulties, had irreversible losses but have always stayed unshakable and unbreakable, strong and persistent. We have faced harshest challenges especially in the recent months facing irreversible and painful losses, but our path is direct, our will - stronger. Today as well keeping this unspeakable pain and grief, healing our bleeding wounds day by day we will move forward, build the Homeland we are dreaming of, will erect the future of our generations,” Harutyunyan wrote on Facebook.
