These authorities must leave, they head the country to new losses – ex-minister
These authorities must leave, former minister of justice Davit Harutyunyan told the reporters today at the Republic Square.
“They continue heading us to new defeats,” he said.
Harutyunyan noted that the situation is always changing.
“When it was spoken that if these authorities remain on their seats we would have new losses, many thought we were speaking about launching war immediately, we were not talking about it, we were speaking about new casualties, new captives, losses of huge territories and it will continue,” he said.
Harutyunyan stressed that the legal knowledge of the prime minister and his team are on such low level that it is even inconvenient to comment.
“The bright example of it is when for years Armenia ensured the independence of Artsakh but with unknown reasons in the trilateral statement Armenia assumed a commitment to liberate, for instance, Karvatchar, etc.,” Harutyunyan said.
As to the administrative territorial divisions, the former minister said, “you really should have a serious level of immaturity to suppose that the law on Administrative territorial divisions sets the state borders of the country.”
