Sixty-five servicemen of Armenia's Police killed in Artsakh war, 6 considered missing
Sixty-five police servicemen were killed in the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27, six of them are considered missing.
According to the Police,over 3,000 servicemen of police troops left for the battlefield in shifts.
They participated in the defense battles in Karvatchar, Haterk, Jrakan, Berdzor, waged severe battles in the territory near Shushi-Lisagor road where they suffered biggest casualties.
Throughout the whole war 38 servicemen of the police troops were killed, over 400 were wounded.
The police troops were joined by other 3,200 servicemen of central bloc, special significance department and other divisions.
Police inspectors, community police officers and others fought in Jrakan, Berdzor, Shushi and Martakert regions. Twenty-seven of them were killed, other 124 were wounded.
