Azerbaijani side does not allow search group enter Hadrut

The Azerbaijani side did not allow today the search groups of Artsakh State Emergency Service enter Hadrut, head of public relations department of the service Hunan Tadevosyan told Aysor.am.

“Previously an arrangement has been reached to enter Hadrut and conduct search works there. But after Emergency Service troops reached Drakhtik they were told that the search works were suspended and would not take place. They waited there for several hours after which contacted with the center saying that the works would not continue and they were returning,” Tadevosyan said.

He said such precedent was recorded previously as well when the search works were planned in Mets Tagher sector. The Azerbaijani side did not allow, but then the works resumed.

Taking the previous precedent into consideration, the Emergency Service representative voiced hope that the search works will resume in the intended sector.
