Makunts’ appointment as ambassador to the USA deception in political sense, misunderstanding in professional and shame in the state sense – Armen Ashotyan

Lilit Makunts was and is American-influence agent in Armenia, vice president of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan said at the meeting with reporters today.

According to him, the possible appointment of Makunts in the post of Armenian ambassador to the USA in political sense is deception, in professional sense misunderstanding and in state sense shame.

Ashotyan noted that previously Nikol Pashinyan was stating that there would be no political appointments of ambassadors, that it is wrong and that the previous authorities did it a lot and he would not do it.

The only positive thing Ashotyan said is that the appointment shows that the “scoundrel’s close surrounding has started searching ways for escape.”

“Makunts is trying to flee from the responsibility this junta will face. But I want to disappoint no Atlantic Ocean will save Lilit Makunts from the fair demand and responsibility of the Armenian people,” he said.

Ashotyan said if these authorities remain Armenia will turn into geo-political appendix.
