Armenia’s minister says post-war Artsakh faces no social and humanitarian issue
The post-war Artsakh does not face any humanitarian and social issue, Armenia’s labor and social affairs minister Mesrop Arakelyan stated at the NA today.
He stressed that on November 10 just few hundreds of people of Artsakh were living there, while today Artsakh’s population exceeds 100,000.
“Over 5,000 of the people of the lost territories are living in Artsakh,” the minister said, adding that both gas and electricity supplies have been restored there.
“The Republic of Armenia remains the guarantor of social security of Artsakh,” Arakelyan said.
