Nikol Pashinyan personally showed they will fight against judges daring to put up the right of Robert Kocharyan above the orders

The court session of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan and others has been unfair from the very beginning, attorney Hayk Alumyan told the reporters today.

The member of Kocharyan’s defense team stated that the case has been handed over to the judge the authorities trusted and could exert pressure on.

“Judge Anna Danibekyan is simply selected stemming from that criteria. She has concrete viewpoints over the case which strictly contradicts our viewpoint,” Alumyan said.

The attorney said Nikol Pashinyan personally showed that they will fight against judges who will dare to put up the right of Robert Kocharyan above the orders.

Alumyan noted that Kocharyan is being treated either extremely well ot extremely bad.

“And it is not excluded that the same is among the judges, I do not exclude that Anna Danibekyan is from the part whose preferences are known in advance,” the attorney said. Adding that Danibekyan is not able to implement justice in this case.
