Azerbaijani flags, posters, servicemen should be excluded in Syunik – Armenia’s Ombudsman
The presence of Azerbaijani servicemen (also flags and posters) in the communities or roads connecting the communities of Armenia’s Syunik province and their any movement on these roads should be excluded and that’s it, Armenia’s Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on Facebook.
“They appeared thereat the expence of gross violations of the rights of peaceful people and servicemen of Armenia and Artsakh, ethnic cleansing and mass destructions of peaceful settlements, continuing institutional Armenophobia, tortures and inhuman treatment, illegal detention of captives and continuous threats of new war,” he stressed.
Tatoyan noted that the rights of Armenia’s residents of first of all bordering communities are being grossly violated by the presence of Azerbaijani militaries. He stressed that their life, peaceful living and property are endangered.
“Therefore, no matter what happens their presence or moreover, their movement is illegal, deprived of any legal title, contradicts the basis of human rights system in the international right,” Tatoyan wrote.
