Armenian citizens allowed to travel to Georgia on air from March 1 with negative PCR test result
Georgia’s government has made a decision to expand the list of countries the citizens of which may enter the country with negative COVID-19 test from March 1.
This was stated by Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
“We made decision on facilitation of entry of travelers to the country. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia have been added to the list of countries whose citizens will be able to enter Georgia from March 1 with a PCR test result," Garibashvili said, adding that the land borders still continue to be closed for tourists.
Until now, citizens of the mentioned countries could enter Georgia only if they have a certificate of full vaccination.
