It is not about Chief of the General Staff but the whole commandership – Bright Armenia faction head
Bright Armenia faction head Edmon Marukyan yesterday in the evening came up with proposal to the PM to take back his motion to release Onik Gasparyan and to restore his deputy, instead they are signing any memorandum saying that they will not nominate any candidate in post of PM in case of Pashinyan’s resignation. After it the parliament will be dissolved and all will head to elections.
Speaking today Marukyan said his proposal does not consist of parts but is one whole and is either being accepted or not.
He said he is waiting for Nikol Pashinyan’s response.
“It is not the matter of the Chief of the General Staff. Those who are saying the issue of Onik Gasparyan, are manipulating. The whole commandership of the Armed Forces cannot “find language” with them which has become the reason of signing the document,” Marukyan said.
