Person on PM’s seat has no power in Armenia, not treated seriously by anyone – Artur Vanetsayn
Armenia’s President has implemented his constitutional commitments and will continue staying in the bounds of his authorities ensuring the implementation of the provisions of the Constitution, leader of Homeland party Artur Vanetsyan told the reporters on Baghramyan Avenue today.
The response came after Vanetsyan was asked to comment on the president’s steps in relation with motion to release Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Onik Gasparyan.
Vanetsyan stressed that almost all demand the resignation of Pashinyan and the incumbent regime.
“Not seeing it, not noticing it is even already hard to say short-sightedness. It is either madness or an attempt to in some way protract their tenure for carrying out some programs,” the ex-director of NSS said.
He stressed that the abnormal situation created in Armenia cannot last long.
“The person in the post of the Armenian prime minister does not have power in Armenia today, he cannot give orders today, he is not being treated seriously anymore,” Vanetsyan said.
