Year-long attempts of discrediting Armenian army enters new phase with open support of Azerbaijan, Turkey – RPA statement

Treacherous authorities are trying to destroy the Armenian army – the son of the Armenian people.

This was stated in the statement released by the Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia.

“The year-long process of discrediting the Armenian army and dirty lies enters a new phase with the open support of Azerbaijan and Turkey. On the way to final elimination of the Republic of Armenia the Armed Forces are the only reinforced and state-designed institution left in the throat of the enemies from the existence and devotion of which the future of the Armenian people both in Armenia and Artsakh depends on,” the party said in the statement, adding that today’s statement of the Security Council - consisting of the puppets of the defeatist - reveals what deep roots the state treachery has inside our state.

“It is also the noisy demonstration of the anti-constitutional behavior of illegal pressure on the institute of the RA president. The resignation of the person who usurped the seat of the prime minister has no alternative,” the party said in the statement, urging people to consolidate over the national army by defending it from the domestic and external encroachments and jointly implement the political and civilian duty today in Baghramyan Avenue at 6 p.m. in support of the Armenian statehood and Armed Forces.
